The Tante Marie Intensive Cordon Bleu Diploma Course

The Tante Marie Wine Certificate The Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene A one day seminar, conducted by a food safety consultant who has trained many of the UK's environmental health officers, leads to an examination set by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. Students are taught the dangers associated with food handling and storage and how to avoid them. A certificate is awarded to those who pass the examination. Intermediate and final examinations are taken as for the three term Diploma course. The Tante Marie Diploma The Diploma is recognised worldwide as a professional qualification and an assurance of quality. Distinctions and credits are only granted by the examiners to those whose work deserves special merit. Students who fail any of these courses will receive a statement of achievement. *subject to change in accordance with our Terms & Conditions of Acceptance Our course fees are all inclusive - our intensive diploma course fee includes courses leading to the Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene and the Tante Marie Wine Certificate, chef's uniform, professional knife set and recipe file. Hours: 9.30am to 4.30pm, approximately, Monday to Friday. A non-refundable deposit of £900 is payable at the time of enrolment. This will be deducted from the course fee, and can be transferred to another Tante Marie course provided such a course commences within 12 months of the transfer, but cannot be returned in the event of cancellation. Cordon Bleu Diploma Enrolment Form. Career development loans are available for UK residents. Students are strongly advised to take advantage of the School Fees Remission Scheme which will enable them to recover fees against time lost through illness or accident.
