Graduate wins ‘Scottish Independent Caterer of the Year Award’

Huge congratulations to Jamie Landale and his catering company Wilde Thyme Catering and Food Design for winning the ‘Scottish Independent Caterer of the Year Award’ on Thursday 18 May 2006 at a ceremony in Glasgow.

Wilde Thyme was established in 2003 by Jamie Landale who graduated from Tante Marie with a Cordon Bleu Diploma in March of that year, and moved his family immediately to Scotland. Driven by Jamie’s passion to take the hospitality business to new levels of innovation, the company has quickly established itself as one of the highest quality event caterers in Scotland.
