In July 2008, after completing the Cordon Bleu Certificate course, freelance journalist Josephine Murray put pen to paper and wrote a fantastic article about the course.
This article, in turn, inspired Surrey Life magazine to run an article detailing the amazing developments that resulted in Tante Marie's change of ownership in April last year, including how Gordon Ramsay, Andrew Maxwell and Lyndy Redding became involved in the school.
