Huge congratulations go out to Fish and Pips, who have scooped the top award at The Times Chalet Chef of the Year award!

Holly Fisher, a graduate of the Tante Marie Cordon Bleu Certificate course, established Fish and Pips together with Philippa Eyles after her course.

The company, based in Meribel and London, has grown into one of Europes foremost luxury chalet companies, and with a team of chefs which includes another Tante Marie graduate, we are delighted to be able to wish the girls every continued success!
