The Christmas course 2 * - Wednesday 16 & Thursday 17 December 2009 £325
Prepare for Christmas with our renowned Christmas course. Learn how to make Christmas that little bit different with original and inspiring dishes to use throughout the festive season! This course features 1 and a half days cooking, followed by an inspirational afternoon demonstration from a specialist, to make this Christmas totally original!

The Seafood course - Tuesday 23 & Wednesday 24 March 2010 £325
Fish is a hot topic at the moment and in particular, using fish from sustainable stocks. On this course, students will be exposed to a variety of fish and shellfish from sustainable stocks, with training on the skills on every area of fish and shellfish preparation, cooking and presentation. In addition to this, students will see an inspirational hands on presentation from one of the UK’s leading seafood suppliers, providing an insight into what fish is best to buy and where to source it from!

The Indian course - Tuesday 13 & Wednesday 14 April 2010 £325
In 2009 Gordon Ramsay will be undertaking a gastronomic tour of India, leading to a 3 part programme to be aired in 2010. Taking inspiration from this, Tante Marie’s own teaching staff will guide you through the cuisine of this fascinating country, in this two day culinary journey through India.

Alfresco Summer Buffet -Tuesday 6 & Wednesday 7 July 2010 £325
On this course, Tante Marie will share with you some of our extensive collection of recipes that can be turned into an exciting summer buffet, to be enjoyed on those long summer evenings. Including exciting marinades for barbeques and dishes that can form the base of an impressive outdoor spread, this course will appeal to all those who enjoy an alfresco lifestyle!

The Bread and Yeast course - Tuesday 13 & Wednesday 14 July 2010 £325
Working with yeast does not just mean making a loaf of bread! This course will open up a new chapter in your culinary repertoire, including some amazing dishes that can form the basis of a meal, for example Brie baked in brioche with mango chutney. In addition to this, Tante Marie’s professional teaching staff will take students through a complete range of breads, from the most basic soda breads to an advanced sour dough.
