James Middlehurst (Diploma 2004) James is working for Lyndy Redding at her highly successful London based catering and event design company called ‘Absolute Taste’. Nick Lorkin (Diploma 2004) Nick is working at the highly acclaimed Drakes Restaurant in Ripley, Surrey. Tim Zawada (Diploma 2004) Tim is working at The Rising Sun in St Mawes, Cornwall under Master Chef Mrs Ann Long, having spent a short time at The Academy at The Vineyard under John Campbell. Alex Brady (Diploma 2004) Alex is working at the The White Hart, Nayland, Nr Colchester in Suffolk. After a successful trial day at The Waterside Inn Michel Roux has placed him at The White Hart under a Waterside Inn trained chef called Carl Shillingford.
Sarah Potter (Diploma 2004) Sarah went straight from Tante Marie to work for Penny Ide Smith at her successful catering company called Occasional Cuisine in Farnham.
Caroline Sargeant (Diploma 2004) Caroline is working at The Hare at Lambourn which is hoping to receive a Michelin star in the New Year.
Dan Levy (Diploma 2004) Dan is working at The Waterside Inn at Bray under Michel Roux.
Sam Forsdick (Diploma 2004) Sam is working as Pastry Chef at the Waterside Restaurant, The Marina Hotel in Fowey, Cornwall which has 2 rosettes. Alice Denyer (Certificate 2004) Alice is working for Neilsons as a Chalet host for the winter season 2004/2005 Suzy Mercer (Certificate 2004) Suzy is working for Neilsons as a Chalet host for the winter season 2004/2005 Shirley Pim (Certificate 2004) Shirley is working for Neilsons as a Chalet host for the winter season 2004/2005. Bill Burrett (Certificate 2004) Bill is working for Neilsons as a Chalet host for the winter season 2004/2005.
