Michael Nugent ( Diploma 2005) Michael left Tante Marie and spent 6 months working for Angela Hartnett at the Connaught. He is now working for Absolute Taste's event management catering ahead of the first season of his new ski chalet business Ski à la Carte where he is working this winter www.skialacarte.co.uk

Vicky Sampson (Diploma 2005) Vicky is working in the pastry section of the Peacock Restaurant at Rowsley.

Matt Bennison (Diploma 2005) Matt is working for Ben Handley, a Masterchef of Great Britain, at The George Hotel in Hathersage.

Paul Stachura (Diploma 2005) On leaving Tante Marie Paul went to The Academy at The Vineyard at Stockcross to do work experience with John Campbell for 6 weeks. Paul is now working for TV chef Mike Robinson at his new restaurant The Pot Kiln in Frilsham, Berkshire which specialises in game and is the subject of a new TV series being screened in October 2005.

Danielle Proctor (Diploma 2005) Danielle is now working in restaurant PR for a company called Sauce Communications. Although she is not cooking, she is eating in all the best restaurants and says that it is hugely helpful to know what she is eating and how it was made!

Jason Harris (Diploma 2005) Jason is a commis chef in the pastry section at Wentworth Country Club in Virginia Water.

Alex Molyneaux (Diploma 2005) Alex is cooking for royalty at Kensington Palace.

Martin Cassidy (Diploma 2005) Martin is a chef at Escot House in the West Country.

Oliver Rodbourne (Diploma 2005) Oli is working at Aldo Zilli's fish restaurant in Soho.

Tim Eden (Diploma 2005) Tim has been working at Barwick House in Dorset. He has been working as a pastry chef making all the desserts and petit fours.

Chris Scarrow (Diploma 2005) Chris has joined Tim Zawada (Diploma 2004) in the kitchens at The Rising Sun in St. Mawes, Cornwall under Masterchef Mrs Ann long.

Stephanie Dennes (Diploma 2005) Steph has just secured a job as a chef with the Royal Family having spent the summer freelancing - working in Wales for 2 weeks and a game lodge in Scotland for 2 weeks.

Charlotte Dennes (Diploma 2005) Charlie has got herself a job as a chalet hostess working with Ski Esprit for the 2005/6 winter season.
