Managing Director – Ski Fish & Pips Chalet Company

After graduating, Holly completed a ski season with Ski Scott Dunn, before teaming up with best friend Philippa to set up Ski Fish and Pips. They now run 9 exclusive chalets in Meribel and Val D’Isere and employ team of fantastic chefs and hosts. In 2010, they were voted as The Times Chalet Chefs of the Year. She also now runs her own cookery school.

Holly says, “Tante Marie enabled me to carve out a career in the food industry which has always been my passion. It gave me the confidence to take my passion and cookery skills to the next level. With this I managed to secure a job at a catering company which lead onto all sorts food related roles – setting up a small private catering company, private chef work, cooking in a chalet, setting up Fish&Pips and now also running a pub/restaurant in the Channel Islands. Without TM none of this would have been possible.”
