Sous Chef – El Kabron – Bali

Tantri is the Sous Chef at El Kabron, one of Bali’s most exclusive restaurants. Having previously worked in HR, she completed the Intensive Cordon Bleu Diploma at Tante Marie Culinary Academy in 2013 and went on to take up a position at El Kabron. 4 years later, she is Sous Chef and runs the pastry section, with overall responsibility for menu development and management of the pastry team.

She recently sent us a lovely email, saying:

Dear Andrew,

I hope you are well and wanted to send you a quick update with my news.

It has been an amazing chef’s life since I graduated. I have reached Sous Chef position in the restaurant that I have been work for 4 years. This restaurant is one of the top restaurant in Bali. It’s called El Kabron Spanish Restaurant and Cliff Club.
