Ollie’s early background was not in food, as he studied film production, specialising in screenwriting and directing. This early creativity shows in his love of inventing and making delicious and decadent dishes – particularly desserts and patisserie. After university Ollie came to us to train as a Commis Chef and subsequently ran the kitchen of an independent coffee house, specialising and refining, his cake-making talent.

Like all our staff, Ollie genuinely enjoys seeing the development and progression in our students and loves the camaraderie, friendship and extensive pool of expertise and knowledge found in his colleagues. He is a creative, passionate and hard-working team member, who has many other hobbies and interests, including a dog, who, unsurprisingly, is called Peanut.
