2 week Food Camp 2017
If you already have a good foundation of basic skills and want to take yourself to the next level, or if 1 week simply isn't enough, this course offers the ideal follow up to the 1 week Food Camp. The course is still designed for beginners and covers basic skills. It can be taken independently of Week 1, although the content is different for those considering a 2 week programme.
Similar to Week 1, this course is well suited to school leavers who are off to university or embarking on a Gap Year and want to gain 'survival skills' which also have applications in all walks of life, aiding multi-tasking, quick thinking and organisation.
Ski Chalet training
Many people chose this course as preparation for a ski season as the course provides the ideal preparation for an entry level chalet. We recommend that as a basic minimum those with 'seasonaire' aspirations complete weeks 1 and 2.
Those wishing to go on to a chalet hosting role are supported through the recruitment process by Tante Marie and our extensive network of chalet operators. In addition to this, an optional module is offered to those wishing to complete a ski season which covers service and etiquette, delivered by the expert Hospitality Management teachers from the multi-award winning Restaurant at Tante Marie.
Who is the course for?
This course is aimed at sixth form students, school leavers seeking Gap Year Cookery Courses and those heading off to university. The course is also run at different times of year to suit those who wish to study with a more adult group. Click here for further details.
