Our Academy Chef’s Table evenings give you the chance to see our teachers in action!

 

Upon arrival to the academy you will be seated at your table to enjoy a complimentary bellini and canapés. From here you will observe as Chef delivers a rolling demonstration, with each course brought to your table as it is prepared.

 

Typical Spring Menu:

 

Rhubarb bellini

Devilled quail's eggs

Seared salmon with puy lentils and watercress

Brown sugar pavlova with roasted pineapple and pineapple syrup

 

 

Additional drinks orders will be taken by The Restaurant during the evening at an extra cost.
