This course will cover a range of useful cookery skills such as; basic knife skills, cooking techniques and how to make simple, but delicious, pastry. A great introduction to the kitchen and perfectly suited to those wanting to improve their home cooking.
Your day will begin with a light breakfast, enjoyed while watching a cooking demonstration. You will then move to one of our professional teaching kitchens to begin your training, this will include the preparation of lunch, which you will sit down to enjoy with your fellow students.
By the end of the day you will have a selection of delicious treats to take home and wow your family and friends.
