Academy Chef’s Table: Christmas
Our Academy Chef’s Table evenings give you the chance to see our teachers in action!
Upon arrival to the academy you will be seated at your table to enjoy a complimentary bellini and canapés. From here you will observe as Chef delivers a rolling demonstration, with each course brought to your table as it is prepared.
Typical Christmas Menu
- Roquefort and pear trifle
- Chicken ballotine with chesnut apple and sage, sauce Madere
- Mini potato gratins
- Parsnips roasted with pamesan
- Stir fried brussel sprouts with chesnut and pancetta
- Christmas pudding Knicker bocker glory
