Course Summary

Upon arrival to the academy you will be seated at your table to enjoy a complimentary bellini and canapés. From here you will observe as Chef delivers a rolling demonstration, with each course brought to your table as it is prepared.

Summer Menu:

  • White peach Bellini
  • Marinated salmon in cucumber ribbons
  • Gazpacho shot with cheese sable
  • Guinea fowl with fricassee and rosemary potatoes
  • Millefeuille of balsamic strawberries
