India has some of the world’s richest and most diverse regional cuisines.

Two villages just a few miles apart can have totally different trends and customs when it comes to food. This one day course we will give you a taster of a few of these eclectic customs, offering you the skills required to produce a selection of the nation’s favourite Indian dishes which you can go on to enjoy at home with friends and family.
