Gap Year Courses

Our Gap Year courses are the perfect starting point for a year of food filled fun and travel, whilst also gaining a life skill in a state-of-the-art environment, taught by Tante Marie Culinary Academy’s professional team.

Our ‘Food Camps’ are run over 1, 2 or 4 weeks in July, covering inspirational menus and skills tailored to suit the perfect year out, including a range of options for Ski Chalet hosting and University survival skills.

“…the skills taught by Tante Marie are ideal for our working environment i.e. an up-market chalet operator employing well-honed dinner party cooks (who, equally important, are also sensible, well-rounded individuals with a strong work ethic and ability to ‘last the pace’ over a long & tiring season).”

Gareth Marshall, Director, Simply Morzine
