Tante Marie Showcase Evening at The Sun Inn

We are delighted to announce that we have teamed up with The Sun Inn in Chobham for a Tante Marie Showcase Evening!

Join us at the Sun Inn in Chobham on the 30th November 2017 for an evening of delicious food, with a bespoke menu created by our Cordon Bleu Diploma students Tante Marie who have been working closely with the team at The Sun Inn.

Since September, our students have worked tirelessly to create a showstopper of a menu bringing together all their finely-honed skills, using the freshest seasonal ingredients. For just £35.00 per person you will enjoy three courses, a glass of bubbly and tea or coffee. Our students will also be cooking on the night to deliver fantastic dishes just for you.

Chicken supreme, celeriac and truffle puree, fondant potato, jus gras

Beetroot risotto with crème fraiche, crispy kale and beetroot crisps

Salted butterscotch and chocolate tart, crème fraiche and honeycomb

Earl Grey crème brulée, praline tuille

Treacle sponge, Cointreau sauce, vanilla ice cream
