In 2010 we teamed up with the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality to create the CTH Level 4 Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts.  This qualification has gone on to become the benchmark for elite culinary qualifications.

CTH’s portfolio of culinary qualifications has, over the years, grown to include programmes at all levels.  This includes the Level 2 Award in Culinary Skills, also created by Tante Marie and CTH.
