Ski chalet cookery courses at Tante Marie

At Tante Marie Culinary Academy we run ski chalet cookery courses exclusively for high quality and boutique chalet companies such as Meribel Ski Chalets. Graduates of our Chalet Cooks Academy course are popular with a number of high end chalet companies and at the top end, our Cordon Bleu Diploma graduates are in high demand to work at the elite end of the ski chalet industry. Such is the demand for graduates of Tante Marie ski chalet training that we only work with a small number of seriously good companies, and are proud of the relationships we have formed with them over many years.

Meribel Ski Chalets have been operating in Meribel for 17 years

Meribel Ski Chalets is run on core values of honesty, integrity and service. These principles underpin everything they do.

They currently provide 3 catered chalets – sleeping anything from 6 to 12 people – around 24 beds in total. The chalets are fully-catered to a high standard, and they aim to consistently give guests a fantastic holiday experience.

They believe that what they get out of working in a place like Meribel, is linked to what they put in. They seek like-minded people, who share these values, and who go the extra mile.  If you enjoy looking after people, serving our guests to the best of your ability, always with a smile on your face, then this is the right company.
Their chalet cooks and chefs are passionate about food – excited by the prospect of getting into the kitchen each day and bringing one of your masterpieces to life,  creating food that makes the eyes sparkle with expectation.
But it’s not all about work.  When you join Meribel Ski Chalets, you’re embarking on a season filled with great skiing, lasting friendships, and amazing memories.  You can expect to ski on at least 5 days each week.  You’ll work and socialise in a small close-knit team, who all look out for each other.  You’ll live in the centre of Meribel, not out in the sticks, so you’ll be close to where you work and where you ski.  And above all, as employers they are honest and generous.
