Ski chalet cookery courses at Tante Marie

At Tante Marie Culinary Academy we run ski chalet cookery courses exclusively for high quality and boutique chalet companies such as Meriski. Graduates of our Chalet Cooks Academy course are popular with a number of high end chalet companies and at the top end, our Cordon Bleu Diploma graduates are in high demand to work at the elite end of the ski chalet industry. Such is the demand for graduates of Tante Marie ski chalet training that we only work with a small number of seriously good companies, and are proud of the relationships we have formed with them over many years.

Meriski have been operating in Meribel for 30 years

Meriski’s experience in delivering the best in luxury ski holidays has led to their reputation as the Méribel specialists.

With a diverse portfolio of Méribel ski chalets, they offer a range of accommodation choices. Choose from short breaks or long holidays, traditional comfort or all-out luxury. Meriski is ideal for skiing with children, holidaying as a couple, or planning a group skiing holiday with friends.

Meriski ask that applicants submit a menu plan as part of the job application process and they offer flexibility in menu design at the chef’s discretion.

Meriski look for enthusiastic, hard-working, professional people to join them and help maintain and build on their excellent standards and reputation. They take pride, not only in making sure that guests have the best possible skiing holiday, but also in being a great company to work for. They hire people based on their skills, experience and attitude and expect the highest standards of work from them. In return, they aim to make sure that they are well rewarded.

All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and have recently paid National Insurance contributions (unless a recent graduate/student).
