After graduating from Tante Marie, Selena returned to her home in Cape Town and took up a position at the internationally acclaimed Test Kitchen, working under one of South Africa’s most decorated chefs, Luke Dale-Roberts. In December 2012, Luke asked Selena and her partner to set up a pop-up restaurant for him in Verbier. The Pot Luck Club became one of the hottest venues in Europe during the 2012 ski season, even being the venue of choice for Prince William and Kate during their ski holidays!
Selena is now back at Test Kitchen.
