Rosie graduated in November 2013 is now working at one of the worlds leading restaurants: Noma in Copenhagen, under the inspirational guidance of Rene Redzepi. Prior to this she prepared herself by working at The Artichoke in Amersham under the watchful eye of Executive Chef Laurie Gear who regularly demonstrates to the students at Tante Marie.
