Dear Andrew,
I hope you are well and wanted to send you a quick update with my news.
It has been an amazing chef's life since I graduated. I have reached Sous Chef position in the restaurant that I have been work for 2 years. This restaurant is one of the top restaurant in Bali. It's called El Kabron Spanish Restaurant and Cliff Club. (check their instagram: elkabronbali or twitter : @elkabron) I'm fully responsible for the dessert's menu and its development, and running the pastry team.
