The day starts with coffee and a light breakfast while watching a cookery demonstration, followed by a day of fun in the kitchens - cooking lunch which will be enjoyed with a glass of wine and then taking home a selection of goodies to wow your family.
Part 3 is the advanced version and we ask that if you are considering booking onto this course, you must first of all have completed at least one of the previous 'Men Only' courses, as those attending this course for the first time tend to be a bit slower and hold everyone else back.

- Beetroot cured mackerel with buckwheat blinis
- Carrot and watercress twist
- Hazelnut Paris Brest with hot caramel sauce
- Mackerel and dill pâté with pickled cucumber
- Mackerel in oatmeal with rocket and caper salad
- Rabbit forestière with squash and feta gratin
