The Tante Marie Christmas Course is run over two consecutive days, with the option of attending 1 individual day or enroling on both for the reduced price of £295.

Day 1: Christmas Essentials - £140

Learn to cook the essentials that you cannot be without over the Christmas period. This day is focussed on preparing a range of original dishes that will be a delicious addition to all of your festive gatherings.

Dishes include:

- Pancetta & Red Onion Muffins, Mini Cheese & Garlic Pine Nut Tartlets

- Devilled Nuts & Seeds

- Chilli Cranberry Sauce

- Traditional Bread Sauce

- Pigs in Blankets with Honey Glaze

 

- Rich Shortcrust, Deep Filled Mince Pies with Cream Cheese & Streusel Topping

- Cinnamon Financiers

- Spiced Tangerine & Mulled Wine Pâte de Fruits

 

Day 2: 3 Course Festive Supper - £180

Take your Christmas cookery to the next level and put an imaginative spin on the traditional festive supper. You will leave the Academy with a complete 3 course supper that is suitable for home freezing, ready for entertaining family and friends over the festive season.

Starter:

Potted Stilton, Pear relish & Seeded Crisp Breads

Main:

Ballotine of Duck & Guinea Fowl, Blackcurrent Ginger Sauce

Dessert:

Galette des Rois - Classic Buttery Pastry, Hazelnut Frangipane & Chocolate Crème Pâtissière with Caramel Sauce
