A Corporate Day at Tante Marie can be tailor made but please see our tried
and tested highly successful day as follows:
A Corporate Day at Tante Marie with Master of Wine John Downes
(suitable for between 10-20 delegates)
Programme for the day:
10.00 Welcome briefing at Tante Marie. Late breakfast of coffee/tea, savoury
croissants and Danish pastries.
10.30 Demonstration of the three course menu to be cooked by the delegates
during the day.
12.00 Tasting of all food prepared in the demonstration.
12.30 Wine tutoring session with John Downes, Master of Wine
1.30 Delegates divide into groups and taken to kitchens where teams will
cook in pairs to create either a starter, main course or dessert.

3.45 Late lunch accompanied by wines and water. Coffee/tea.
5.00 Delegates depart with Tante Marie ‘goody bag'
PRICE: £230 + VAT with wine tutoring per head
£200 + VAT without wine tutoring per head

Salad of John Dory, orange and beetroot served with Carrot and watercress
twisted bread
Herb Ravioli with a wild mushroom, herb and chicken stuffing served with
a wild mushroom sauce
Berry tartlets with gooseberry curd
Please Note:
Each event will include learning some culinary skills eg. filleting fish,
making pasta, making pastry, chocolate work. Corporate days are provided
by Tante Marie Limited and charges are subject to VAT.
