Tante Marie's Facilities
The teaching kitchens at Tante Marie have been professionally built and equipped, and are designed to provide the maximum working space, equipment storage and lighting for a group of no more than 12 students per kitchen. There is a lecture room for theory classes and a magnificent demonstration theatre incorporating a fully equipped kitchen, including an AGA cooker.The demonstration theatre has an extensive library of cookery books for students' use.
