OUR COURSE FEES ARE ALL INCLUSIVE. Our Diploma course fee includes a one day Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene, a three day Tante Marie Wine Certificate, chef's uniform, professional knife set and recipe file. Our Certificate course fee includes a one day wine course, chef's uniform, professional knife set and recipe file. Our Essential Skills course fee includes chef's uniform, basic knife set and recipe file. Our Beginners course fee includes an apron and recipe file.

A non refundable deposit of £75 for the Beginners' course, £200 for the Essentials Skills course, £450 for the Certificate course, £900 for the Intensive Diploma course (2 terms) and £1,100 for the Diploma course (3 terms) are payable at the time of enrolment. This will be deducted from the total course fees.

Students are strongly advised to take advantage of the School Fees Refund Scheme by which they may protect their fees against time lost through illness or accident.

Career development loans are available for UK residents.

Modular Courses

These two day courses on specific topics are designed to provide an in-depth understanding of selecting and preparing ingredients to assist you in skills & techniques you will need to create both traditional and contemporary recipes.

Demonstration Days

For a taste of what Tante Marie has to offer, our Demonstration Day programme is an excellent "starter".

Each course includes coffee on arrival, recipes and a raffle of the food demonstrated. The full day courses also include lunch with wine.
