Our two day modular courses are designed to teach you new skills in a hands-on environment. Each module is on a specific culinary topic and has a high practical content. Expert tuition is given in small groups, allowing close personal attention to each student, with the emphasis on imparting lasting culinary knowledge, skills and techniques. Many of our regulars have been building up a portfolio of new skills over time.
All courses are taught by the same highly trained
and experienced Tante Marie teachers who teach our Diploma students. You
will find these courses not only educational, but immensely enjoyable and
sociable.
You get to ask our professionals all those questions you are unsure about,
and we will send you home with some delicious food to feed your family and
friends and some to stock in your deep freeze!
Each day includes lunch with wine and begins at 9.45 am for a 10.00 am
start and finishes at 4-4.30pm. Come with a friend or family member! We
can also arrange modules for groups of friends (minimum 6).
