Cordon Bleu Certificate Course
Our 1 term Cordon Bleu Certificate course is ideal for both the enthusiastic amateur or for the aspiring professional alike.
Parents can rest safe in the knowledge that their children will not go off to university and be living on baked beans on toast for three years!
Enthusiastic cooks can learn the skills to take their food to the next level, and really impress!
-Tante Marie Cordon Bleu qualification.
-CIEH Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety in Catering.
-Theory of cookery, including menu planning and costing.
-One day Tante Marie wine course taught by Master of Wine, John Downes.
The course is open to all aged 16 and over. No previous cookery knowledge required.
Overseas students must have good basic spoken and written English equivalent to CEFR Level B1.
Tante Marie Limited has been licensed by the UK Boarder Agency to enrol international students under Tier 4 of the Points Based System.
