Tante Marie, renowned for its professional Diploma courses, offers three shorter courses particularly suited to those in their Gap Year. Whether you are keen to go for a great gap year job in a great location, would like to take your culinary skills to a higher level or just want a short introduction to cooking well for yourself, family and friends, we have a course for you. All courses are taught in small groups by professional teachers.
Cordon Bleu Certificate (11 weeks)
