Each year, the San Pellegrino World's Top 50 Restaurants are announced. In 2016, Tante Marie alumni are working in no less than 14 of them, including 1 head chef and 1 owner. Between them, Tante Marie alumni are working in establishments around the world with a cumulative total of 57 Michelin stars, and that is just the ones we know about. The numbers speak for themselves.

Graduates of Tante Marie Culinary Academy are now running succesful businesses around the world and we are very proud of the success they achieve. There is no better way for us to tell you how Tante Marie can help launch a career in food than by showing you examples of our alumni who have actually done it themselves.

Since 1954, literally thousands of students have completed our professional Cordon Bleu Diploma and are now enjoying exciting careers.   • Luke is the newly appointed Head Chef at the Michelin starred Arbutus Restaurant in London - owned by Anthony Demetre, Arbutus is one of London's most acclaimed restaurants.
  • Starting out as a small scale private chef inspired Lyndy to start Absolute Taste in 1997 and in 2013 they won Events Caterer of the Year and turned over in excess of £30m.
  • After leaving Tante Marie in 2007, Kim began his career as a freelance chef. He is now one of the UK's leading Home Economists, working with Jamie Oliver running his Supper Clubs for the Fifteen Foundation.
  • Neil is the Executive Chef for Noble Inns which owns the acclaimed Smokehouse in Islington. In 2014 he represented Scotland on The Great British Menu.
  • Jorge is the Executive Chef and Owner of Criterion - ranked No. 19 in the San Pellegrino top 50 Restaurants in Latin America, and ranked No. 1 in Columbia.
  • Oliver Boon is another Tante Marie graduate who made it through to the finals of the BBC’s Professional Masterchef and is now Head Chef at Roux at The Landau...
  • Seeing Adam Byatt demonstrate at Tante Marie inspired Jeremy to approach him and ask for a job. 4 years later Jeremy was appointed Head Chef at Adam Byatt's acclaimed Bistro Union.
  • Paul is a model turned TV chef who lives in Dubai and specialises in food as part of a healthy lifestyle.
  • Gee is one of four British TV chefs who have joined up to open the much anticipated 'Gorgeous Kitchen' alongside Heston Blumenthal's restaurant at Heathrow's new Terminal 2...
  • Bradley is the head chef on a beautiful yacht which spends the European summer in the Mediterranean and then crosses to the Caribbean in the winter.
