Professional Cordon Bleu Diploma Course:

A non-refundable deposit of £1,500 is payable at the time of enrolment. This will be deducted from the course fee, and can be transferred to another Tante Marie course provided such a course commences within 12 months of the transfer, but cannot be returned in the event of cancellation.

A non-refundable deposit of £1,100 is payable at the time of enrolment. This will be deducted from the course fee, and can be transferred to another Tante Marie course provided such a course commences within 12 months of the transfer, but cannot be returned in the event of cancellation.

Diploma & Intensive Diploma Courses
Course fees are payable in 3 instalments on the Cordon Bleu Diploma course and 2 installments on the Intensive Diploma course. Tante Marie will invoice students prior to the start of each term, with the deposit being refunded from the final payment.

Our course fees are all inclusive - our diploma course fee includes courses leading to the Award in Food Safety in Catering (level 2) and the Tante Marie Wine Certificate, chef's uniform, professional knife set and recipe file.

Hours: 9.30am to 4.30pm, approximately, Monday to Friday.

Students are strongly advised to take advantage of the School Fees Remission Scheme which will enable them to recover fees against time lost through illness or accident. Details are available from the School Secretary on request.
