REMEMBER! OUR COURSE FEES ARE ALL INCLUSIVE. Unlike some other cookery schools there are no compulsory extra charges. Our course fees are inclusive of VAT and include:
•Courses leading to the Foundation in Food Hygiene Certificate and the Tante Marie Wine Certificate, chef’s uniform, professional knife set and recipe file on our Cordon Blue Diploma courses
•One day wine course, chef’s uniform, professional knife set and recipe file on our Cordon Bleu Certificate course
•Chef’s uniform, basic knife set and recipe file on our Essential Skills course
Terms and Conditions:
These rates may no longer be available for the course you want by the time you contact us to enrol.
We reserve the right to extend the early booking deadlines, to increase the number of places or to increase or decrease these rates at any time subsequently. However, if you have enrolled and paid the deposit for an early booking and the same course (for the same commencement date) is subsequently offered at a lower fee under “Special Promotional Course Fees” on our website, we will rebate the difference to you.
Cancellation:
Please note that deposits are non-refundable and for courses at these special promotional rates the following cancellation provisions apply:
•Cancellation later than 6 weeks prior to course commencement date: no refund
•Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to course commencement date: 50% refund of the course fee.
