Gap Year students, being an ideal short course for people who want to travel and earn money as part of a year out, such as working in ski chalets.
The course is not limited to school leavers though, and can offer even the most seasoned of home cooks a foundation of excellent skills and techniques that will take your cooking to the next level!
Suitable for anyone over the age of 16.
Students on this course are awarded a Certificate of attendance and (at the Principal's discretion) references where required for employment purposed.
