Level 2 Certificate in Food Hygiene.
Theory of cookery, including menu planning and costing.
One day Tante Marie wine course taught by Master of Wine, John Downes.
Progress monitored by continuous assessment.
Certificate awarded on passing practical and theory exams.
Courses starting in September, January and April.
The
course is open to all aged 16 and over. No previous cookery knowledge required.
Overseas students must have good basic spoken and written English (TEFL
450).
