Jeremy Cuevas

Head Chef – Bistro Union

Jeremy graduated from the Intensive Cordon Bleu Diploma course in June 2012 and after two years working at one of the UK’s top 50 restaurants, The Artichoke, under Executive Chef Laurie Gear, he then moved into London and took up a role at Adam Byatt’s acclaimed Trinity Restaurant.

Jeremey continued to impress and in spring 2016 was appointed Head Chef at Bistro Union, Trinity’s sister restaurant.
