Head Chocolatier – MARC Ltd

After graduating from Tante Marie, Stephen became part of a start-up team for a boutique hotel in Dorset which went on to earn a Michelin star. He decided that he wanted to focus on pastry and in particular he decided to specialise in Chocolate. Stephen first trained with William Curley and then went to work for Melt. In 2014 he became Head Chocolatier for MARC Ltd, which owns ‘The Greenhouse’ and Umu in London (both with 2 Michelin stars), and Mortons Club, as well as A Voca in New York.
