5 Day Beginners Cookery Course: Week 2
Week 2 of our Beginners Cookery Course can be taken as a continuation of week 1 for those who wish to complete the full 10 day course, or independently of week 1 as the perfect starting point for inexperienced home cooks. Over 5 days students will be taken through the basic skills and techniques in cookery that will allow them to produce a range of versatile, every-day dishes.
- This course can be combined with Week 1 for the special price of £895.

What you will learn
This course will give you a range of key cooking skills and the confidence and enthusiasm to produce a selection of fresh, home-cooked dishes in your own kitchen.
As with all of our courses, you will be taught in a small group of students at a similar level of ability. Your whole time at the Academy will be spent in our state of the art kitchens, building your practical cookery skills and working through your recipe file of starters, mains and desserts.
